Delivery

Any order placed will be delivered by the end of the next business day (including Saturday) while supplies are in stock. In some cases delivery can be same day or pick up can be arranged as well!

 

FAQ

• I'm not too sure on the size I need for my dog/horse; do you offer assistance with sizing?

• Yes we do. If you are not sure on the size you can either exchange the item for the preferred size or you can add a note a checkout requesting assistance and I will make time to meet with you and get your fur friend properly sized!

• I would like to order a piece of tack that is not currently in stock, how do I go about this?

• Any tack that is not in stock can be ordered and shipped on the next shipment. Orders can take up to 6 weeks depending on quantity.

• My horse wears awkward sizes in tack, can I get custom made tack?

• Sure! If you need to piece together your tack with different size pieces we can make that happen for you.

• I would like to make a request for an item I would like to have, do you take order request?
